I-95, NC (November 27, 2018) – A teacher is now facing charges following a fatal accident that took place around.

I-95, NC (November 27, 2018) – A teacher is now facing charges following a fatal accident that took place around Thanksgiving on I-95 that led to the death of one person.

The accident took place along Interstate 95 in North Carolina when a teacher identified as Nicholas Saadipour, was driving on the Interstate when his vehicle ended up alongside the road. Saadipour is an English and theater instructor at the Quince Orchard High School.

He tried to re-enter the road but another driver then attempted to swerve so that they could avoid his vehicle. The driver who crashed into him did not survive the accident.

Now, Saadipour is facing charges of driving under the influence, felony death by motor vehicle, and more.

At this time, the investigation into the matter is ongoing.
