Iredell County, GA (October 13, 2018) – A man’s wife, Ashley Cooper, said that her 38-year-old husband Brian Cooper died.

Iredell County, GA – Man Killed in Fatal Car Accident Involving TreeIredell County, GA (October 13, 2018) – A man’s wife, Ashley Cooper, said that her 38-year-old husband Brian Cooper died on Thursday afternoon, October 11, when a tree crushed him in a fatal accident. A tree smashed into his car when he was driving down the Mocksville Highway during the Hurricane.

Witnesses said that large trees were being ripped out of the ground in the storm and falling all over the roadways. Brian Cooper instantly lost his life when a large oak tree crashed down on his black sedan. A few seconds in either direction and troopers said that he would have lived through the accident.

Six people were killed by the hurricane at the time of the accident.
