Multi-Vehicle Accidents in Georgia

Multi-vehicle accidents are often referred to as “chain reaction” accidents because they frequently occur when two or more cars hit each other in a series of rear-end accidents. One of the biggest issues surrounding this type of accident is determining who is at fault. Pinpointing the exact cause of the accident can be extremely difficult. One or more drivers can share liability to an accident, depending on the cause.

Weather and road conditions are often contributing factors, as well as distracted drivers, aggressive or drunk driving. Regardless of the cause, this type of vehicle accident can result in death or serious injuries to individuals involved. Quite often, drivers are unable to return to work due to recovery periods and they may be left without a vehicle. Depending on the severity of the injuries sustained, there may be tremendous medical expenses.
