Kershaw, SC (October 26, 2018) – A Camden man lost his life following a fatal accident. Police said that the man had been reported right around the time that the accident took place.

The Kershaw County accident took place yesterday, October 25, around 5:32 p.m. on Highway 601. He has since been identified as 68-year-old Nicholas Ray Trice.

His vehicle was headed west when it was involved in an accident, which sent it down an embankment off the side of the road. Trice had a variety of medical problems and he was not supposed to be driving at the time. His family reported him missing yesterday.

The crash is currently being investigated by police. Nobody else was injured at the time.
