Lawrenceville, GA (October 25, 2018) – A fatal accident happened on Sunday afternoon, October 21, that ended the life of a driver and caused serious injuries to a passenger. Police investigated the accident in Gwinnett County.

The accident happened around 1:08 p.m. on the Sugarloaf Parkway and Woodhaven Drive. The vehicle was involved in an accident and struck a telephone pole. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene while a passenger was life-flighted from the area. Police believe the driver that lost his life was speeding at the time.
