Lenoir, NC (November 6, 2018) – On Saturday night, November 3, one individual was struck and killed in a serious.

Lenoir, NC (November 6, 2018) – On Saturday night, November 3, one individual was struck and killed in a serious pedestrian accident that happened close to a business.

Deputies who investigated the accident scene have since identified the pedestrian as 55-year-old Thomas Crain Stevenson. At the time, he had been crossing Wilkesboro Boulevard near Jason Mart when he was struck by a 2009 Toyota Scion passing through.

Stevenson died at the scene of the accident, according to police. Police say that no parties have been charged for the accident.

Police are still investigating and would like to speak with witnesses at the Lenoir Police Department.
