54-year-old Nathaniel Goodley was released from the hospital and immediately arrested yesterday after an investigation that showed that he was intoxicated at the time of the accident involving the motorcyclist. Now, he is facing a felony DUI involving a fatality.

The crash happened on December 16 and took the life of 70-year-old Leonard Morrow when he was struck head-on by a vehicle that entered the road and went directly over the median.

The collision is still being investigated at this time by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
