Lexington County, SC – Man Killed in Fatal Accident This Morning

Lexington County, SC (October 25, 2018) – Early this morning, October 25, one person lost their life in a fatal.

Lexington County, SC (October 25, 2018) – Early this morning, October 25, one person lost their life in a fatal accident in Lexington County. He has since been identified by police.

The Lexington County Coroner’s Office has since identified the man as 26-year-old Joshua Ryan Brazell. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Police arrived at the scene of the accident in the 1100 block of Two Notch Road around 7 a.m. this morning. He had been driving his motorcycle west on the roadway when a vehicle turned left in front of him. His motorcycle then collided with the vehicle. He was wearing a helmet at the time but sustained life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the vehicle was also taken to the hospital with injuries but is expected to survive.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues their investigation into the matter at this time.
