We would like to offer our condolences to all involved in this terrible accident and wish everyone a speedy recovery.
As distraught as you may be after a car accident that has seriously injured a loved one, especially a child, it is important to remember that the insurance companies involved have teams of lawyers on their side going to bat for them. It is not the job of the insurance companies to make sure that you get a fair settlement based on the specifics of your situation. It is their job to get you to go away while giving you as little recompense as possible. Nice, huh? If you have been involved in an automobile accident that has resulted in an injury of any kind it is imperative that you contact a qualified attorney as soon as possible. An attorney fighting for you will see to it that you are compensated for everything that you have lost. That includes time off of work, medical bills, insurance premiums, car repairs, etc. Being injured in a car accident is sure to turn your world upside down for a time. Why make it any more difficult than it has to be? Why should you come out of pocket for something that was due to somebody else’s negligence? You shouldn’t. It’s that simple.
If you or someone you care about has been involved in a car accident that left them injured we urge you to contact an attorney here at the Nye Law Group. You can speak to a qualified attorney about your individual case and hear how we are able to assist you in this time of need.
