Macon, GA (December 29, 2018) – Police say that a woman was hospitalized following a car accident that took place when she tried to avoid another vehicle.

Police say that the woman jumped the curb with her vehicle, which caused her to crash into a street sign. The driver was swerving to avoid a car that made an illegal maneuver, which sent her vehicle over the curb.

Police responded to the area of Northside and Riverside Drive to find that the woman received a variety of injuries in the accident. She had injuries to her neck and shoulder but is in stable condition at the hospital at this time.
