Milton, GA – Identity of Sandy Springs Man Released After Pedestrian CrashMilton, GA (October 13, 2018) – In Milton, police responded to a pedestrian crash that involved one party on October 8 around 11:30 p.m. Now, the pedestrian has been identified as 69-year-old Thomas Herbert Joe of Sandy Springs.

The accident took place on Monday evening when the man was suddenly struck by a vehicle. Firefighters and EMS crews immediately responded to the scene at New Providence Road and Atlanta National Drive.

Thomas Herbert Joe lost his life at the scene.

The incident into the matter is ongoing at this time and police said that they do not know if charges will be brought at this time. They will be determined at a later date.
