Multi-Vehicle Car Accidents in Georgia
It is extremely complicated to deal with accidents involving multiple vehicles. Law enforcement officers need to determine what caused the accident to occur in the first place.
It is important to thoroughly analyze the scene of the accident, talk to all witnesses available, take as many photographs as possible and, in some cases, a recreation of the accident is required.
At Nye Law Group, we help individuals involved in multi-vehicle accidents deal with law enforcement and insurance companies.
Car Accident Lawyer in Georgia
Car accidents involving multiple vehicles are often difficult to deal with. Most insurance companies require minimum liability coverage; however, this is often not enough to cover multiple vehicles when damage and injuries are numerous.
Pending the results of police investigations, we assist victims in dealing with the at-fault driver’s insurance company. If there is not enough coverage available, we help victims deal with their own insurance companies to achieve under-insured compensation and, when necessary, we help drivers file lawsuits so they can get the compensation they deserve and they are entitled to.
