Myrtle Beach, SC (December 14, 2018) – In Myrtle Beach, a pedestrian accident took place at the intersection of Mr. Joe White Avenue and Robert Grissom Parkway. The accident took place this morning, December 14.

The pedestrian has not yet been identified by police. He was quickly taken to the hospital for treatment but police say that his condition is not known at this time.

Police did say that the pedestrian was alert and speaking with them after he was struck. They also said that the driver responsible for striking the pedestrian stayed at the scene.

At this time, the investigation into the matter is ongoing.
