Nashville, NC – Three Children Ejected in Serious Car Accident

Nashville, NC (December 20, 2018) – Police say that three children were ejected in a serious car accident involving another.

Nashville, NC (December 20, 2018) – Police say that three children were ejected in a serious car accident involving another vehicle that took place last night in Nash County.

At the time, a mother with her five children was driving a Chrysler Pacifica and accidentally drove through a stop sign. This caused her vehicle to collide with another car that was headed west on East Castalia Road.

An 11-year-old, 13-year-old, and 14-year-old were ejected from the vehicle. All three were seriously injured and airlifted to a local hospital for treatment. The mother, a 2-year-old, and a 16-year-old received less serious injuries and were taken to the hospital as well.

The driver of the other vehicle received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. Authorities are still investigating the crash and said that charges are possible.
