Police say that the driver of a van tried crossing the road from an emergency lane when they received a flat tire. This caused a chain-reaction crash, that led to one vehicle being fully overturned and several others rear-ended and struck on the side.

Police and emergency responders arrived at the scene and found that six people were seriously injured in the accident. They were given necessary medical attention.
