North Charleston, SC (November 16, 2018) – Police are still at the scene of a serious multi-vehicle accident that took place in North Charleston as the sun was starting to set and led to serious damages.
Officials with the North Charleston Police were called to the scene to find that, for reasons that have not yet been confirmed, multiple vehicles collided with one another. One of the vehicles was identified as a black SUV that sustained extreme damages and was crushed in the accident.
The accident took place on Highway 78 and Interstate 26. Citizens were told to avoid the area for how long traffic would be backed up. Multiple injuries have been reported thus far. Police continue their investigation at this time.
