North Charleston Hit-and-Run Accident
Have you lost a loved one due to the negligence of another driver who committed a serious crime? Unfortunately, crime-related accidents take place on our roads every day, such as hit-and-run accidents and alcohol-related accidents. We wish to extend our condolences to the friends and family of Jestine Young at this time, as we know just how devastating and life-changing it can be to lose a loved one.
One of the most difficult aspects of a hit-and-run accident is the fact that it can be difficult to determine liability at times when you are unable to identify the party that caused the accident. When somebody makes the decision to flee the scene of an accident, they are engaging in a serious crime. From there, if you are able to identify the party, you might be able to bring a claim for civil damages against them. We are here for you every step of the way.
