North Myrtle Beach, SC (December 13, 2018) – This afternoon, a police officer flipped his vehicle in a rollover accident while in pursuit of somebody driving a stolen vehicle.
A North Myrtle Beach police officer was driving along Highway 17 near Lowe’s when he spotted a vehicle that had been reported as stolen. He started to pursue the vehicle by turning down 2nd Avenue North, which is when he was involved in an accident and flipped his vehicle onto its side.
