South Carolina Train Accidents
We would like to offer our heartfelt condolences to the parents and family of the young man who was killed in this accident. It is an awful thing for a parent to outlive their child and our hearts go out to you in your time of sorrow.
Approximately 1,000 people die each year from train accidents. Due to the massive weight, size and speed of a train even a “minor” event is going to be catastrophic, especially when it involves a pedestrian. Multiple parties may be considered responsible when it comes to train accident lawsuits. Trains are also subject to different standards and laws that you may not even be aware of. In order to safely navigate a lawsuit where you are seeking some form of compensation from a train company, you are going to need an aggressive, experienced attorney by your side.
