Pamplico, SC (December 30, 2018) – Police responded to the scene of a fatal accident this week that led to serious results. One person lost their life in the accident.
Police say that the accident happened in Pamplico on March Avenue. The accident took place around 11:20 a.m. A 2011 Chevy sedan ran off the right side of Marsh Avenue after being involved in an accident. The vehicle struck a tree, which killed the driver at the scene.
The driver was since identified as 73-year-old Grant Stone, who tragically died at the scene. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
