Georgia Motorcycle Accidents
We wish a speedy recovery to the injured party and hope he is back up on his feet as soon as possible.
Accidents that take place on highways tend to be more catastrophic because of the number of cars and high rates of speed that can be involved. Motorcycles are more prone to disastrous consequences because the rider on the vehicle is completely exposed to the hazardous environment around them. If you or someone you love has been injured while on a motorcycle you may have several options when it comes to being compensated for your injuries.
Road hazards such as debris, uneven expansion joints, missing road signs, and rough road edges can be problematic for any driver but motorcycles are at a far greater risk when they come across these things in the road unexpectedly. In many cases, an identifiable entity or person is responsible for a road hazard. You have every right to bring a claim for compensation against the responsible party because they are ultimately liable for the accident and your injuries.
At Nye Law Group we have experience working with the victims of motorcycle accidents caused by road hazards in Georgia. We will skillfully and knowledgeably help you with your case to ensure that you get the compensation that you deserve for your injuries. If you were not responsible for the accident then you should not be paying for its consequences.
