Raleigh Hit-and-Run Accident
Hit-and-run accidents are extremely unique accidents that take place on our roads for a variety of reasons. If you have been involved in one of these accidents, you know that you will have to do whatever it takes to protect your rights from the very beginning. We wish to extend our condolences to you if you have been injured due to the negligence of a party who failed to stop at the scene of the accident after striking you.
Hit-and-run accidents are a crime under North Carolina laws, which means that the suspect in your case will probably receive charges if they are caught by police. This is why you have to retain as much evidence as possible to lead the police in the right direction so that you can get started toward real results. The criminal charges in your case will help pave the way toward civil damages, which will help you recover during this time.
