Raleigh, NC (October 21, 2018) – A multi-vehicle crash took place around 11:00 AM on Saturday at the intersection of Rock Quarry and Jones Sausage Road that lead to the injuries of at least 12 people including several young children.

It was not readily obvious what led to the five-car collision but we do know that it involved two cars, an SUV, and a mini-van, as well as at least one other unspecified vehicle. According to the Raleigh police, the 12 people involved in the pile-up, six of whom were children were all taken for medical treatment of injuries at a nearby hospital.

As of now, no one has been arrested or cited in connection with the accident but police are still actively investigating the matter.
