North Carolina Multi-Vehicle Accidents
The number of cars on our roads grows by leaps and bounds each year. This means it is more likely than ever before that at some point you will be involved in a collision with another vehicle. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, in 2016 alone there were 267,494 automobile accidents on North Carolina roads and 130,137 injuries resulting from those accidents.
If you have been injured in an accident in which another driver was at fault, one of the smartest moves you can make is to contact a reputable personal injury attorney as soon as you possibly can. Car accidents can have many hidden costs outside of the obvious damage to the vehicles involved. You might incur hospital and treatment bills, prescription drug bills, time lost from work due to your injury, pain and suffering, and many others. Do not leave your claim in the hands of a car insurance adjuster whose job it is to offer you the smallest amount of money that they can. You need a savvy attorney at your side. One who knows the ins and outs of the law and can help you get a settlement that is fair to you.
If this sounds like a situation that you have been in, the attorneys here at Nye Law Group will be able to help you see your case all the way through. We won’t let you settle for less than what the law says is rightfully owed to you for someone else’s careless behavior.
