Raleigh, NC (December 1, 2018) – A rollover crash took place in Raleigh that closed down several lanes of the highway and caused injuries in multiple people, according to police who responded to the incident.
The accident closed down all eastbound lanes and one westbound lane of Interstate 40 near the exit for Harrison Avenue. The accident was reported around 1:28 p.m.
There were multiple vehicles involved in the accident and police say that injuries occurred, though they do not know how many people were injured and their conditions. Photographs taken at the scene showed a black sedan on its roof and emergency services at the scene.
