Raleigh Drunk Driving Accident
Drunk driving accidents happen far more than we would like them to on North Carolina roadways. In fact, in just our state alone between the years 2003-2012, according to the CDC, 4,102 people lost their lives in horrific drunk driving crashes that could have been prevented. Nobody wants to lose a loved one so quickly in an accident that is easily preventable and happens at the hands of a negligent party.
If you have lost somebody close to you on our roadways due to the reckless actions of a driver, we want to extend our condolences to you first and foremost. Because drunk driving is an outright crime, criminal damages to the other driver will probably result, which will help pave the way into your civil recovery if you so choose. You have the right to a claim for compensation that will help you through this difficult time after you have lost a loved one.
At the Nye Law Group, we want you to know that you are not alone when facing your claim and we will help you through all of the intricacies of the law as you navigate the legal system. Do not hesitate to reach us today for more information at (912) 200-5230.
