We extend our sympathies to the family and friends of Tony Orlando Bray.

Accidents involving pedestrians can be by far some of the worst because they are completely without protection against a moving vehicle that weighs a couple of tons. If you or someone you love has been injured or killed in an accident similar to this one you may be entitled to compensation. Pedestrian accidents that are due to distracted driving or driver negligence can certainly fall into this category. When pedestrians are in a crosswalk, school zone, parking lot, or other designated areas it is incumbent on the driver to pay close attention and to yield the right of way.

As a pedestrian you have rights, even rights you may not necessarily know about. In order to find out exactly what your rights are you will need to consult with an attorney who is well versed in these matters. For a free consultation please call the Nye Law Group at (912) 200-5230 today.
