Richmond Hill Train Accident
Though train accidents do not happen as often as other accidents on our roadways, they are still taken seriously and pose many dangers, especially due to the fact that these vehicles are so much larger than the pedestrians who walk around tracks. If you have lost somebody close to you in a serious train accident, you have rights.
Trains are common carriers, which means that they owe a special duty of care to anybody who utilizes their services and those on the tracks. This is why many regulations are put in place to protect those who ride on trains and who walk around the tracks getting from one place to another. When these laws do not protect a loved one and they lose their life in an unfortunate accident, family members might wonder where to turn in this desperate time.
