We would like to first extend our sincere condolences to those involved in this horrific accident that led to the injuries of children. When the victim of an accident is a child, it can make recovery that much more difficult on the family. In these cases, children aren’t able to bring their own personal injury claims, which means that a family will be left to pick up the pieces and pursue a defense for the rights of their child.
