Rockingham County, NC (November 13, 2018) – Police say that one person died in an industrial accident that led to severe trauma in Rockingham County on Monday morning, November 12. Many people lose their lives in these accidents every year due to the fact that many of them take place involving large industrial vehicles.

The accident took place while crews were doing demolition work on the inside of the plant, which was identified as the Miller-Coors plant outside of Eden. Crews were working to gut the plant to do updates, which meant taking out large brewing equipment.

The worker lost their life around 3 p.m. at the facility; however, there are no details on the identity of the person or exactly how they were killed. Police continue to conduct a full investigation into the incident.
