The man who was charged with DUI was charged after crashing into three different vehicles at the complex. One of the vehicles was then pushed into a young boy, which left him with injuries. The man was under the influence at the time of the accident.

When the vehicle was forced into the 8-year-old boy, there was another child walking with him who witnessed the accident. They had been walking to the bus stop at the time.
