Roswell, GA (November 8, 2018) – A three-car accident took place at a Roswell apartment complex and now one person is facing a DUI charge.
The man who was charged with DUI was charged after crashing into three different vehicles at the complex. One of the vehicles was then pushed into a young boy, which left him with injuries. The man was under the influence at the time of the accident.
When the vehicle was forced into the 8-year-old boy, there was another child walking with him who witnessed the accident. They had been walking to the bus stop at the time.
Now, the driver involved is facing DUI charges. Police continue to investigate the accident.
