Salisbury, NC – Charges Filed Against One Following Fatal Crash

Salisbury, NC (December 3, 2018) – On Sunday, December 2, a fatal crash took place that led to the death.

Salisbury, NC (December 3, 2018) – On Sunday, December 2, a fatal crash took place that led to the death of one person. Now, charges have been filed against one person.

Today, police charged 32-year-old Jesus Ernesto Garcia with misdemeanor death by vehicle in relation to the accident, with a bond set at $5,000.

Garcia caused an accident that took place off of Jake Alexander Boulevard near Castlewood Drive on Sunday night around 8:00 p.m. One person, identified as 25-year-old Nelson Fuentes Flores, was killed in the accident.

Police continue to investigate what caused the accident to occur.
