Sanford, NC (December 17, 2018) – In Sanford, a chain-reaction crash took place in Sanford that led to injuries in multiple people on Sunday afternoon around 2:50 p.m.
The accident involved multiple vehicles. Police investigated and found that eleven people were injured and sent to the hospital with various injuries, some of which were minor and some of which were serious.
The accident involved four vehicles and took place on NC Highway 87 near the area of Harvey Faulk Road.
Police came to the scene and found that multiple people were walking around. Everybody involved is expected to recover.
Police are still trying to find out who caused the accident and working further on their investigation.
