We would like to offer our sympathies to the families of the three people who were involved in this tragic accident. Our thoughts are with you.
Having to cope with the loss of a loved one is always a difficult and painful thing to endure. When the death of that loved one was caused by someone else’s negligence and could have otherwise been completely avoided the pain and suffering that you experience will only increase. Depending on the circumstances you may be able to file a wrongful death suit against the at-fault party and receive the financial recompense and the closure that both you and your family need. If you were a beneficiary or a dependent of the deceased, you may be entitled to monetary damages. Factors that courts may consider when dealing with a wrongful death suit include how much money the deceased earned, how many people were dependent on that income, and any funeral or medical expenses that were brought about as a result of the negligent behavior.
You can’t replace your loved one with money, nor is that what we here at the Nye Law Group are trying to do. Offering you a future that is financially secure and making sure that you do not suffer from any financial backlash from the wrongful death is our main goal. A suit like this can also provide a sense of closure and a sense of justice. We have the resources to aid you through this dark and difficult time. You don’t have to go through this alone.
