St. Marys, NC – One Person Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Accident

St. Marys, NC (December 30, 2018) – Police say that one person was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident that took place this past week involving another vehicle.

Police responded to the scene at the Mechanical Boulevard and US 70 split. There, they discovered that a motorcycle rider, who has not yet been identified, was injured in an accident. Their injuries were considered to be life-threatening.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene of the accident and immediately transported the motorcyclist to the hospital for treatment.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
