Thomasville, NC – One Killed, Two Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Crash on US Hwy 29

Thomasville, NC (November 25, 2018) – One person was killed and two more were injured in a multi-vehicle crash that occurred.

Thomasville, NC (November 25, 2018) – One person was killed and two more were injured in a multi-vehicle crash that occurred in Thomasville.  The crash happened around 5:30 pm on Friday, November 23rd.

Police say that 53-year-old Susan Miller Medlin was traveling on US Highway 29/70, near Kanoy Road.  Miller was driving a 1996 Nissan Maxima.  Medlin’s Maxima was then struck by a Chevrolet Silverado.  The Silverado collided with the driver’s side of Medlin’s vehicle.  Medlin was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.  Two others were injured, although the extent of their injuries has not been made public at this time.  

Police are continuing to investigate the accident.  There is no word on whether drugs or alcohol played a role.
