Georgia Pedestrian Accidents

Pedestrian accidents are especially serious on Georgia roadways compared to other accidents, as pedestrians have very few protections from harm. When a pedestrian is faced with motor vehicles that are thousands of pounds heavier, serious and catastrophic injuries or fatalities tend to take place.

If you have lost somebody close to you in a pedestrian accident, you have a variety of options. We wish to extend our condolences to the family and friends of the loved one whose life was taken today in this horrific, life-changing accident.

If police are able to determine the parties who struck the pedestrian and kept driving, the family members of a loved one might be able to bring what is known as a wrongful death claim. The bills continue to pile up after the loss of somebody close to you and you don’t want to have to worry about bills when you are grieving. This is why it is important to consider what options you have as you file for a claim so that you can receive compensation for all of your needs at this time.

At the Nye Law Group, we want to help you receive the compensation that you and your family deserve at this time. We know that you are going through a difficult time and you should not have to handle it on your own. Call us today for more information at 855-636-9277.
