North Carolina Truck Collisions
We offer our heartfelt sympathies to those that were injured during this accident and hope everyone recovers quickly.
Collisions between passenger vehicles and tractor-trailer can easily be devastating because of the huge size difference between the two vehicles. An accident with a commercial vehicle can be especially tricky to navigate because even if the truck was liable they are most likely owned by a company who is not easily going to admit fault for a variety of legal and insurance reasons.
If you or someone you know has been injured in an accident with a commercial vehicle and is having difficulties with the company that actually owns the vehicle, then you need an experienced auto accident attorney on your side fighting for you. It is vital that the driver and company be held accountable for their actions and behave in accordance with the state and federal regulations that govern them.
