Winnsboro, SC (November 13, 2018) – In Winnsboro, a teen lost their life in a fatal crash that took place this morning, November 13, around 8:16 a.m. in Fairfield County.

The Coroner’s Office responded to the accident alongside the South Carolina Highway Patrol. They found that two vehicles had collided with one another, though they do not have all the details about the accident just yet. The accident took place along Reservoir and Rion Roads.

17-year-old Sammy Cornelius Jr. or Strawberry Lane died as a result of the crash. The accident is still being investigated for more information at this time.
