York County, SC (October 30, 2018) – Police say that a rollover accident took place yesterday, October 29, around 5:30.

York County, SC (October 30, 2018) – Police say that a rollover accident took place yesterday, October 29, around 5:30 p.m. that took the life of one individual. Two others received injuries as a result.

Police say that, at the time, a pickup truck was traveling south and was involved in an accident that sent it rolling over. It struck a bridge supporter on Old Friendship Road.

The driver of the vehicle died at the scene of the accident. Two passengers had to be extricated from the vehicle and received a variety of injuries but they are expected to be okay.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident at this time.
