South Carolina Drunk Driving

We wish to extend our sincerest thoughts and well wishes to the four children who were harmed in this accident due to the negligence of a drunk driver.

The consumption of alcohol greatly impairs your ability to operate a motor vehicle. That is why there are laws in place governing how much you can have to drink before getting behind the wheel of a car. If you or someone you love has been injured as the result of a drunk driver you need to contact a personal injury attorney as soon as possible.

Far too often drunk drivers are on our roads causing injuries, accidents, and even fatalities. A first-time drunk driving offender in South Carolina can be fined up to $400 and receive 30 days in jail, as well as lose their driving privileges for six months. Just because they are already facing these penalties does not mean that you should be coming out of pocket for the injuries and damages that you have suffered at their hand. Hiring a professional personal injury attorney can go a long way toward getting you the compensation that the law says you deserve.
