Beaufort County, SC – Seabrook Man Killed in Bicycle Accident

Beaufort County, SC (October 23, 2018) – Police say that a Seabrook man died on Monday, October 22 when he was struck in a serious bicycle accident. He has since been identified by police as 63-year-old James Powell. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident by the local coroner.
