Atlanta, GA (October 08, 2018) – 56-year-old Roy Rowland was killed Saturday while marking North Druid Hills Road for upcoming water line repairs.
Rowland was struck by a vehicle traveling east In the North Druid Hills neighborhood of DeKalb County. The accident took place near the intersection of Kittredge Park Drive near the local Target. Rowland was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges have been filed at this time and the police investigation is still ongoing.
