Darlington, SC (November 26, 2018) – Police say that one person lost their life and two others were seriously injured but working on recovering after a Darlington accident over the weekend.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol was called to investigate the accident. The collision took place when two juveniles were in one vehicle and failed to yield the right-of-way to an oncoming car. The vehicle had been at the intersection of High Point Road and Indian Branch Road.
One of the people in one of the vehicles lost their life but they have not been identified. The cause of the accident has not yet been released. Police say that the person who was tragically killed in this accident was not wearing a seatbelt at the time.
The accident is still under investigation.
