Macon, GA (December 15, 2018) – Today, police reported that two men lost their lives after they were struck and killed in a train accident around 1:00 p.m. this afternoon.

A call came in this afternoon that two people were killed by a single train in the area of Arkwright Road. The two men were brother, according to the County coroner.

The brothers were identified as 27-year-old Cory Dale Cranmore and 30-year-old Brian Darryl Cranmore. The two men had been walking on the train tracks for reasons that are not yet known.

Police are still investigating the accident at this time.
