Marion County, SC (December 26, 2018) – Yesterday, police reported that one person lost their life in a fatal Christmas crash. Police said that two vehicles were involved.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol responded, who then confirmed that the accident took place yesterday morning around 8:21 a.m. on SC-917. Two vehicles were involved in the accident, though the exact details have not yet been released. Multiple emergency responders arrived at the scene of the accident.
The victim who lost his life had not been wearing a seatbelt at the time. He was ejected from his vehicle.
The victim died at the scene of the accident. Police have not been able to notify the next-of-kin, but will release the name of the individual when they have. The accident is still under investigation at this time.
